SCODEL Platform: Terms of Service

Governing Entity: Neonex STEAM | Domain: www.scodel.link
Effective Date: September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to SCODEL, the definitive EdTech engine of Neonex STEAM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web application, diagnostic infrastructure, learning environments, and related services. By accessing or using the SCODEL platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Mutual Commitments

The relationship between SCODEL and its users is grounded in mutual commitment to educational integrity, technical rigor, and fair platform operation:

  • SCODEL Commitments: Delivering high-availability learning environments, maintaining objective and fair assessment standards, protecting diagnostic data integrity, and providing reliable support channels.
  • User Commitments: Providing authentic identity and assessment submissions, maintaining the security of user account credentials, engaging respectfully within the ecosystem, and adhering to academic and technical honesty standards.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to utilize the SCODEL platform solely for authorized educational, developmental, and diagnostic purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or artificially skew diagnostic and assessment scoring mechanisms.
  • Interfering with platform infrastructure, edge nodes, security controls, or network availability.
  • Automating assessment attempts, scraping proprietary question banks, or distributing assessment content without authorization.
  • Impersonating other learners or sharing diagnostic access credentials across multiple individuals.

4. Acceptable Use for AGI Diagnostics

SCODEL incorporates Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and automated diagnostic tooling to evaluate multi-dimensional capability and cognitive flow:

  • AGI diagnostic evaluations require authentic user interaction and original problem decomposition.
  • Users may not deploy automated bots, adversarial input prompt injectors, or synthetic response generators to spoof diagnostic telemetry.
  • SCODEL reserves the right to invalidate diagnostic attempts where telemetry verifies non-human or manipulated inputs.

5. Intellectual Property Protections

All intellectual property rights in the SCODEL platform—including software architecture, educational curricula, user interfaces, assessment taxonomies, algorithms, trade secrets, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Neonex STEAM and its licensors. No rights are transferred to users except the limited license to access the platform in accordance with these Terms.

6. Fuzzie Gauge Intellectual Property

Fuzzie Gauge is a proprietary multidimensional cognitive profiling and diagnostic system:

  • All scoring matrices, archetypes, dimension weighting algorithms, question collections, and test series classifications are protected intellectual property.
  • Commercial reproduction, reverse-engineering, decompilation, public broadcasting, or derivative exploitation of Fuzzie Gauge diagnostics is strictly prohibited.
  • Users retain rights to their personal assessment results, while the underlying evaluative mechanics remain the sole property of Neonex STEAM.

7. Automata OS Intellectual Property

Automata OS and associated execution infrastructure (including cloud-native runtime environments and edge-server protocols):

  • All system libraries, operating abstractions, container configurations, and execution sandboxes are proprietary technologies.
  • Unauthorized tampering with runtime sandboxes or extraction of underlying operating system modules is a violation of these Terms.

8. Changes and Contact

Neonex STEAM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms to reflect operational, technological, or legal developments. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For questions or concerns regarding these Terms of Service, please contact us at support@neonexsteam.com.
