SCODEL Platform: Privacy Policy
Governing Entity: Neonex STEAM | Domain: www.scodel.link
Effective Date: September 2026
1. Zero-Trust Data Governance
At SCODEL, privacy is engineered as an architectural baseline, not an afterthought. We implement a stringent zero-trust data-governance framework across all platform components, diagnostic services, cloud IDE runtimes, and edge hardware nodes.
Under zero-trust principles, no actor, service, or system is implicitly trusted with user information. Access to data is continually verified, strictly bounded by purpose, and enforced through defense-in-depth authorization controls.
2. Psychometric and Graphological Profiles
During assessments and diagnostic sessions within Fuzzie Gauge, the platform records specialized cognitive data to construct multidimensional capability profiles:
- Psychometric Profiles: Information reflecting cognitive problem-solving patterns, reasoning styles, dimensional competencies, and operational mindset.
- Graphological Profiles: Digital input dynamics, stroke telemetry, and interaction cadence captured through authorized diagnostic assessment interfaces.
These profiles are generated solely to provide personalized capability feedback, learning path counseling, and skill development guidance.
3. Absolute Prohibition Against Commodification
SCODEL guarantees that psychometric and graphological profiles are never commodified.
- We do not sell, rent, monetize, broker, or trade personal psychometric or graphological data to advertisers, data brokers, or commercial third parties.
- Your diagnostic evaluations remain your personal intellectual record, protected from commercial exploitation or unauthorized aggregation.
4. Protection Against Exposure Without Explicit Cryptographic Consent
We enforce the fundamental policy that psychometric and graphological profiles are never exposed without explicit cryptographic consent.
Diagnostic records and evaluation outputs are accessible only to the authenticated candidate. Any sharing of verified capability records—with institutional partners, employers, or evaluators—requires the user's deliberate, affirmative, and cryptographically verified authorization.
5. User Control and Rights
Users maintain continuous oversight over their platform engagement:
- Review historical assessment attempts, reports, and diagnostic outcomes.
- Manage communication preferences and account credentials.
- Request account termination or diagnostic record suppression through established support protocols.
6. Contact and Inquiries
For privacy-related questions, data governance inquiries, or to exercise data protection rights, please contact our compliance desk at support@neonexsteam.com or review our grievance redressal procedure at Grievance Redressal Policy.
